As a member of the review program, your ongoing needs will be serviced through a joint effort between your original adviser and the review team. Please note that Health Super Financial Planning review appointments are based on a Fee for Service arrangement and are charged at a discounted rate of $160 incl. GST (Appointment Fee not charged for existing Health Super Account Based Pension Members). Should a Statement of Advice or a Statement of Additional Advice be required, the fee for this will be discussed with Adrian in your appointment.
