This commitment also extends to providing accessible complaint resolution mechanisms for our clients.

If you have a complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps:

1. Contact your financial planner and tell them about your complaint.

2. If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within seven days, please contact Health Super Financial Planning on 1300 78 02 23. We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.

3. If we cannot reach a satisfactory resolution, you can raise your concerns with the Financial Industry Complaints Service on 1800 33 54 05. Health Super Financial Planning is a member of this complaints resolution service.

4. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) also has a Freecall Info line 1300 78 08 85. They can be contacted to find out which industry complaint schemes may be available to assist you to settle your complaint and obtain information about your rights.
